Question: How much is shipping for my order?
Answer: We ship all orders free for those over minimun value limit currently
set at $7 per order regardless of delivery destination via standard shipping method.
Non standard shipping method such as next day, 2nd day or express may require
additional s/h fee.

Question: How soon can you ship my order?
Answer: We process & ship orders on a daily basis Monday to Sat, in general,
order will be shipped in 1 to 2 business days, if occasionally there is delayed
in shipping for some reason, we will try to notify buyers as such.

Question: What if i do not receive my order in the timely basis?
Answer: There could be these circumstances that may cause the delay:
1) when some items in your order are in back order. We will try to notify buyer
approximately when we will have the back order in stock in such case.

2) Your order was returned due to addresss being incorrect. We will try to contact buyer
to obtain correct address and reship your order.

3) Package maybe lost in transit. If the carrier confirms it is the case, we will
ship another package. Buyers may also contact us regarding status of the package

Answer: These are commonly known as 2 inch figures unless otherwise specify.
However, they vary in size from figure to figure. The figures we have in our
store range from 1.5 to 4.5 inch in size in general. Plush dolls range from 4.5 to 18 inch.
2 inch figures: 1.5-2.25 inch
3 inch figures: 2.5-3.25 inch
4 inch figures: 3.5-4.5 inch
They are measured either by height or width depending on stlye of the specific figure.
